Store Policy

By placing an order on this site, the buyer must agree fully to the compliance of the following terms and conditions.
Unlocklink Inc. reserves the right to take any legal action against the buyer if terms and policy is violated.

Payment
Unlocklink proudly uses Interacâ„¢ Email Money Transfer for all e-commerce transactions on our site, but we also offer Paypal or cash as a form of payment.
NOTICE: All purchase would be charge 3% extra paypal charges. If you are paying by cash for local pick up, customer could ignore the extra Paypal charges. Thank you.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped to the billing address on your Paypal Account. This is for verification purposes in order to process your transaction and for the privacy and protection of your Paypal account.
For information on how soon your order will be shipped out, please see the Availability field on the product detail page. As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive an email with the status update. Usually we will ship out the item within two days of receiving the payment through Paypal.
Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT - 5:00) will start processing on the next business day.
Normal processing time for an order is taken within 48 hrs after a full compliance payment is receved by Unlocklink.

Delivery Dates

Delivery dates within Canada are approximations and are shipped to the best of our ability the next business day. Delivery dates outside of Canada are approximations that do not include possible delays due to customs.

Return/Exchange Policy

Unlocklink offers 7 days for exchange upon receiving the item, on defective merchandise only.
Any defective merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, stickers, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking fee on any returned or exchanged products. Buyer are also responsible for shipping fees for any return merchandises, unless Unlocklink made an error on the order.
IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, been used, sticker removed, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
There are NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES after the 7 days period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unlocklink Inc. reserves the right to refuse / cancel orders or limit quantities if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Unlocklink or any Third Parties.
Local pick up: All phones are tested on the spot before paying. There is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE after testing and leaving the pick up area.
For Items that are Shipped: All phones would be turned on to make sure they are functional before shipping out.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTY FOR HYPERSIMS. ALL HYPERSIMS WOULD BE TESTED BEFORE SENDING OUT. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SIM CARD WORKS WITH THE HYPERSIM BEFORE BUYING.

Privacy

For security of transactions, Unlocklink Inc. uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any personal information you send to us electronically. The encryption process protects your information, such as your credit card number, billing and shipping information by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer.
Only Unlocklink website sales representatives access your credit card information. Credit card information is used only for the order you are placing. We do not keep your credit card information on hand for future orders. Your email is never sent out to other clients, customers or businesses. We will only contact you by email regarding your purchase.
Personal information will only be disclosed if fraudulent activity is suspected. By law, Unlocklink Inc., must comply with the law and co-operate with law enforcement and other officials in an investigation requiring either personal or account information, including any information provided online through Unlocklink.com

Warranty

On all warranties and repairs, Unlocklink acts as a service agent only and can not assume liability for any data, film or spoiled images lost through the malfunction of the product or for consequential loss of any kind. Time of repairs varies depending on the manufacturer's repair workload.
All items purchased from Unlocklink have a 1 year manufactured warranty, customer would need to contact manufacture themselves. Manufacture warranty does not include physical damage, water damage and software issues.
Note: Japanese phones customer, please contact us through e-mail if there are any problems with the phone itself. 1 year manufacture warranty still applies. Physical damage, water damage and software issues are not covered under the warranty.

Site Errors

Prices and availability of product are subject to change without notice. While Unlocklink strives to insure that out site is accurate and complete, we cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Unlocklink reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Unlocklink will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Unlocklink reserves the right to, without notice, make changes to our site, including without limitation with respect to products offered, product information, availability, content and pricing, and may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of use of unlocklink.com. Your continued use of our site will be conditioned upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your use.

Liability Disclaimer

Unlocklink Inc. and the Third Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or stolen messages or mail, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, on-line failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting communications.
