General:

I am in Toronto too, where is your store located?
We don’t have a store in Toronto. We only deal with sale online through our website.

Why is your stock show only 1 in stocked, for most of your phones?
We at Unlocklink do local sales as well, therefore we would not want to over sell our products. However, we do stock out frequently for most demanding phones, so in case that we do run out of stock, please contact us for more update in regard to stock availability.

What do you mean by the phone is unlocked?
Unlocked means that the phone is enabled to be use in any GSM network around the world, WITHOUT any restriction to one network carrier. All phones that we sell at Unlocklink are UNLOCKED, there is some exceptions with some Japanese phones.

Are all your products brand new? Fake?
Yes, all our products are brand new. We at Unlocklink do not sell used or fake products to our customers.

Is there any discount if I buy in bulk?
Yes, we can certainly give you a discount if you are planning to purchase in bulk. Please contact us regarding this matter.

Payments:

Do you accept any other payments other than PayPal?
Yes, we do accept EMT (Interact Email Money Transfer); however this method is only available for Canadian customers. Please note Canadian customers must contact us, if they would like to pay us via EMT.

Could you possibly accept Google Checkout or any other payment system?
Sorry we at Unlocklink only accept PayPal at the moment.

Is there any other way that I can pay with my credit card without registering with PayPal?
Yes you can. When you check out with PayPal, there will be an option that customer will be able to checkout without registering to PayPal. This option will let you pay through your credit card.

I see that you are charging me “PayPal Fees” what exactly is this?
PayPal fees are the fees that PayPal charge us per transaction which is usually 3%.

Is there any possible way that I can avoid paying “PayPal fees”?
For Canadian customers the only way to avoid this fee is to pay us through EMT (Interact Email Money Transfer), if you would like to pay with this method please contact us for more information. Canadian customers within GTA (Greater Toronto Area) could also avoid this fee by paying cash at Local Pick Up. Some exceptions apply. As for customers outside of Canada, this fee is inevitable.

Can I pay you with a different currency?
No, we only accept Canadian dollars currency. All our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Shipping:

Do you ship to XXX country?
We ship worldwide, as long as you have confirmed and verified PayPal address, we will ship it to its destination.

Can you ship to another address differently from my PayPal?
No, we are unable to do that, since we have to ship it from the address specify in your PayPal in able for you and us to obtain eligibility protection under PayPal.

Is there any other method of shipping other than Canada Post?
Others method of shipping can accommodate upon request, only if agreed. Please contact us if you would like another method of shipping.

Is there any tracking number or insurance when my item is shipped?
Yes, we always insured our product when is being shipped. We also provide you with the tracking number right after we shipping the product to you.

On what method do you ship it with Canada Post?
We usually ship our product according to the shipping method customer selected. For XpressPost it usually takes 1-3 days within Canada and 5-7 days International. Please note that custom might delay the shipment within few days.

Did you ship my package yet?
We usually take 1-3 business days to process your order after your payment is cleared. **Please note this process is usually fast if the payment is cleared**

I believe you shipped my package already, but no tracking number?
If in any circumstances we forgot or did not provide you with a tracking number of you shipment, please contact us.

It has been XX number of days where is my shipment?
The delay could be due to country custom or other causes. Please check with your tracking number provided, to track your package. If you feel that your package is lost or any other special circumstances. Please contact us and we will have a check for you.

Returns/Exchange/Cancelled:

My phone just arrived, but I don’t like it can I return it?
No, sales are final and no return or exchange is accepted unless we made a mistake on the order. Please note that all parts should be intact, otherwise exchange will not be accepted.

I just changed my mind on the color of the phone! Is it possible to change it now?
If the phone is shipped there is nothing we can do, unless is still within our warehouse to be process. Please have your final decision on the product and/or colors when you precede checkout.

Ok, I think Unlocklink send me the wrong phone or products. What do I do now?
Please contact us regarding this matter. Also, please ensure that all parts are intact and in original condition.

I just placed an order at Unlocklink, however I just changed my mind could you possibly cancel my order?
Yes, all order is cancelled automatically if payment is not received from customer within 24 hours.

I just paid on an order at Unlocklink, however, can I cancel my order and give me a refund?
If the order is not shipped yet, we can certainly refund your purchased order. Please contact us ASAP! A 15% restocking will be charged if a cancellation is made after the 48 hour period.

Japanese Phones:

Where do you ship your Japanese phones from? All our Japanese phones are shipped directly from Toronto, Canada. So there is not a 7-14 days wait for them. All phones are processed and shipped within 2 days period.

Will your Japanese phone work in Canada?
Yes, it will work in Canada and in other countries as well. We have tested in Canada and U.S. In Canada it will work with Rogers and Fido Network providers and U.S with T-mobile Network providers. Please ensure that you have appropriate series on your network simcard.

What do you mean by appropriate simcard series?
There are different simcards series in Canada, the series will depend if you regular simcard (Rogers simcard or Fido simcard) will work with the hypersim that will enable you to use the Japanese phone in Canada or anywhere else.

What is a Hypersim? And how do I use it?
A hypersim is also known as a hacksim. This sim is necessary when using Japanese phone, it will enable the phone to use certain functions outside of Japan, such as calling, SMS, camera, etc. Therefore without a hypersim the phone will not work at all.

I heard there are some Japanese phones that don’t need hypersim is that true?
Yes, it is true. Some Japanese phones are hardware unlocked through built in hypersim. This means that the phone is modded that perform the exact same function as a hypersim will do. Usually this solution will cost much more than software unlocked.

I already purchased a Japanese phone from somewhere else, however the multimedia functions doesn’t work or is not unlock yet. Is it possible for Unlocklink to unlock it for me?
Yes, we do unlocked Japanese phones. Please contact us for more information.

Why internet, GPS, MMS and other Jap related functions would not work on the phone?
This applies to all Japanese phone in general, because these functions are only available in Japan ONLY. Therefore these functions will not work on other countries such as Canada, U.S, etc.

Where does all your Japanese come from?
All Japanese are imported from Japan. We do not sell fake Japanese phone or any fake phone at Unlocklink.

Since it is a Japanese phone, does that mean there only Japanese Language?
Not at all, all Japanese phones have English language installed; therefore have to no worry if you can’t read Japanese. Some Japanese phones also add Chinese language but we do not provide that service.
